At Hot Watches, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To begin the return process, please contact us at hotwatches.shop@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 10-12 working days.Want something different? The fastest way is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the product you want.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, no questions asked.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
